When will my order be shipped?

Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped out. When you place an order, the amount of your purchase is authorized by your credit card company, which will create a temporary hold on funds. This hold will reduce the available balance on your account. You will not actually be charged until your order ships.

If you receive an error message when placing your order and then re-submit it, you may create multiple authorizations on your card. We will only bill you once for your order and once complete any extra authorizations will be released. Please contact us should you have more questions about your order.

What is UGO Speakers return policy?

Any item purchased from the ugospeakers.com web site can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition with all accessories packed in the original packaging. As long as the item is in new condition we will happily refund your method of payment.

To receive a refund; ship the item to the address below. Be sure to print a copy of your receipt and include it in the box. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and assumes the risk of loss, so we recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

To exchange your item, the fastest way to do so is to place a new order for the item that you wanted and return the original item for a refund. New orders are always eligible for Free shipping (excluding International orders) and this insures we wont sell out of the item in the meantime. You can also send the original item back to us with a written request for an exchange.

International orders are not eligible for exchanges due to the cost involved with duty, taxes and shipping. Simply return the item and we will issue a refund. If you need a different model, color or item you will need to place a new order.

Does UGO Speakers ship Internationally?

Yes, provided the address on the credit card is the same as the address that is being shipped to. Further identity verification may also be necessary.

How secure is my information when I place an order on the website?

Shopping has never been safer! The UGO Speakers web site adds security to your order by using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The credit card information you submit to us is encrypted by your computer (using up to 256-bit encryption) and is then sent to us, where we decrypt your information. This assures that others can not access the information while it is being sent over the Internet. You can be sure that when you are shopping on our web site, your credit card information will be safe.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Our goal is to get your order processed and shipped as soon as possible. Many times this will happen within hours of the order being placed. If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us right away. We will make every effort to assist you, but we cannot change orders that have already been shipped. You can always return the item for a refund or exchange per our normal return policy.

Why hasn't my order been processed yet?

If there are any issues with your order we will place it on hold. The most common reason that an order can be held is: the billing information was entered incorrectly, an international credit card was used, or we need more information from you to properly fulfill your order. If we are unable to reach you within 2-3 business days, your order will be cancelled.

If your item was out stock you will be notified of when it will be back in stock and offered a refund or alternate selections for immediate delivery.

Where is my order?

UGO Speakers strives to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. As soon as your item ships you will receive an email with a tracking number.

If you created an account during checkout, then you may also log into your account (if you have created one) and check the order status. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department.

What do I do if I am having a problem with my product?

12-month Manufacturer Guarantee:
All products sold by ugospeakers.com have a 12-month Manufacturer Guarantee against manufacturer's defects. If you feel your product is defective please consult our troubleshooting guide. Often, the answer to your problem can be found there. If this does not solve your problem contact our Custom Service Department and give a detailed description of your problem and what steps you have already taken to correct it. If we determine that your product is defective send it to the address below.

No Questions Asked Lifetime Warranty:
Every UGO Speaker has a lifetime warranty.  Please view our, Lifetime Warranty section for more details.

Authorization for a return is not automatic and must go through an approval process before any Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number is given.

What is the warranty for UGO?

12-month Manufacturer Guarantee:
Your UGO speaker is guaranteed to be free of defects for twelve (12) months from date of purchase. Simply return the defective UGO with your original receipt for free repair or replacement. Warranty void if the speaker has been opened or tampered with.
